However, the team at Hillman Vets, Arboretum in Lichfield Street, Walsall would love to welcome you and your pet(s) from now on. You can expect the same level of expertise and support from them. They will have full access to our clinical records to ensure continuity of care, and you will continue to receive reminders for appointments and other regular communications as per usual.

If you have a future appointment booked at Hillman Vets, Darlaston, a team member will be contacting you shortly to rebook this for you.

Staying with Hillman Vets means:

• Any medical history will be automatically available
• Online payment facility will continue
• Out-of-hours care will be at Vets Now

Our systems and services (including our out-of-hours) will be available at Arboretum Vets, meaning you can rest assured there will be no disruption to your pet’s care.

Should you not wish to be transferred to Arboretum Vets, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to enable us to provide a copy of your pet(s) clinical records to an alternative veterinary practice.
