After leaving school I got a placement here at Hillman vets to do my veterinary care assistants course, I did this at Rodbaston. I volunteered here twice a week until I’d finished my course and was offered a full-time job as a VCA. 

I absolutely love my job and the people/ clients I work with. Having my own animals from such a young age definitely inspired me and made me want to follow this career path.
